Your Impact & Responsibilities:Clinical Implementation:\u00a0Work under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality therapeutic services and restorative interventions.
Functional Training:\u00a0Deliver skilled treatments focusing on ADLs, functional mobility, and compensatory strategies to improve resident independence.
Progress Tracking:\u00a0Monitor and document resident progress accurately and timely in accordance with California state and federal guidelines.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:\u00a0Communicate effectively with the OT, nursing staff, and medical team regarding resident status and discharge goals.
Resident Advocacy:\u00a0Educate residents and their families on home programs, safety practices, and the use of adaptive equipment.
