Refund Policy

Full reimbursement is available only within 7 days of purchase, provided that the Start America team has not begun work. If any service, such as an online meeting, has already been initiated, the regular consultancy fee will apply. For headhunting support, a fee of $150 will be charged if the first meeting has already occurred before the reimbursement request is made.

From 8 days to 3 months after the purchase, a partial reimbursement of 50% of the contracted amount will be issued. After 3 months from the date of the contract, no reimbursement will be offered.
