- J-1: The J-1 classification (exchange visitors) is authorized for those who intend to participate in an approved program for the purpose of teaching, instructing or lecturing, studying, observing, conducting research, consulting, demonstrating special skills, receiving training , or to receive graduate medical education or training.
- Green Card (EB-2, EB-3, EB-4): These are vacancies that offer a path to permanent residence, that is, a Green Card. In this case, there are vacancies for a professional (with diploma) or qualified (with experience) Green Card. The social network will also capture vacancies that are not qualified for a Green Card, in this case, no experience or diploma will be required.
- H-2A: The H-2A program allows U.S. employers to bring foreign workers to the United States to fill temporary or seasonal agricultural jobs (usually lasting no longer than one year) if U.S. workers are not available.
- H-1B: The H-1B program allows companies and other employers in the United States to temporarily employ foreign workers in occupations that require the theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge and a bachelor's degree or higher in the specific specialty, or its equivalent.
- H-2B: The H-2B nonimmigrant program allows employers to temporarily hire nonimmigrants to perform nonagricultural labor or services in the United States.
- O-1: The O-1 nonimmigrant visa is for the individual who possesses extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, or who has a demonstrated record of extraordinary achievement in the motion picture or television industry and has been recognized nationally or internationally for those achievements.
- P-1: The P-1 visa is a specialty U.S. visa exclusively for athletes (or other entertainers) and their coaches or support staff.
- P-2: Both artists and entertainers, individually or as part of groups, entering the United States to perform under a reciprocal exchange program may qualify for a P-2 visa. Support personnel may also be eligible.
- P-3: The P-3 classification applies to you if you are coming temporarily to perform, teach or coach as artists or entertainers, individually or as part of a group, under a program that is culturally unique.
- OPT: Optional Practical Training (OPT) is temporary employment that is directly related to an F-1 student’s major area of study. Eligible students can apply to receive up to 12 months of OPT employment authorization before completing their academic studies (pre-completion) and/or after completing their academic studies (post-completion). However, all periods of pre-completion OPT will be deducted from the available period of post-completion OPT.
- CPT: Curricular Practical Training (CPT) work authorization allows F-1 students to gain practical experience in their major or academic program prior to graduation either through employment or an internship.
