We\u2019re building a world-class team to solve this crisis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Role \u2014 Scrap Magnet Procurement Specialist<br \/>We\u2019re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven buyer to secure a steady stream of end-of-life magnet feedstock. You\u2019ll build partnerships with scrap yards, OEMs, e-waste\/recyclers, and magnet producers; negotiate supply agreements; and stand up collection programs that reliably deliver quality NdFeB scrap to our plant.
