JOB DESCRIPTION\/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:<\/p>\n
Design of motor and generator components \/ improving performance, cost, and durability
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Create design concepts and drawings of electric generators and motors that meet functional and technical requirements, cost goals, quality initiatives and manufacturing process requirements.
Utilize engineering tools (CREO, Teamcenter, PRWB, EDS etc) to design concepts and release drawings
Intake issue requests from the field, manufacturing and supply chain and resolve accordingly after thorough root cause investigation and analysis.
Collaborate with internal and external suppliers, manufacturing facilities, engineering partners
Support prototype build, test and validation activities.
Support APQP activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
Years of experience: 1-5
Degree requirement: BS ME or Agriculture (accredited institution)
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:<\/p>\n
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).
Analytical skills, initiating ideas, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities

The pay range for this role is:
