Who You Are<\/p>\n
Top-Tier Background:\u00a0BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field from a top-tier university.
Founding Engineer DNA:\u00a02+ years of professional experience (excluding course projects). You are a \u201cproduct-first\u201d builder who has shipped complex\u00a0web and iOS\u00a0apps to production. Active GitHub profile or portfolio demonstrating code quality and project ownership.
Mission Driven:\u00a0You care deeply about the user problem (autism care) and want your code to have a tangible social impact.
Self-Motivated:\u00a0You thrive in an early-stage, hybrid environment where you define the solution, not just the code.
Local:\u00a0You are based in (or plan to relocate to) the San Francisco Bay Area and can collaborate in-person with the founding team in the South Bay.
