Community Ambassador (Non Clinical)<\/p>\n
QARI (Quincy Asian Resources, Inc.)\u00a0is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving immigrant individuals and families by advancing access to culturally responsive programs and services.<\/p>\n
With a presence in\u00a0Quincy, Boston, New York City, and Rhode Island, we focus on building integrated support systems across schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods.<\/p>\n
Community Ambassadors (Non Clinical) play a central role in running QARI\u2019s programs, with a strong focus on planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. This position works in close partnership with the Community Ambassador, who brings clinical expertise and direct support to clients. Together, they form a collaborative team\u2014combining operational strength with community care.<\/p>\n
With a focus on organization, communication, and execution, the Community Ambassador (Non-Clinical) helps design and manage program workflows, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and oversee essential functions like data tracking, resource allocation, and reporting. By supporting both internal coordination and external relationships, this role helps build the infrastructure that allows our integrated programs to deliver meaningful outcomes for immigrant families.<\/p>\n
We are currently seeking bilingual candidates with a Master\u2019s in Public Health, Education, Social Reform, or related fields from an accredited college or university for our Community Ambassador role.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Coordinate the day-to-day operations of QARI\u2019s community-based programs across<\/p>\n
multiple locations (Quincy, Boston, NYC, Rhode Island), ensuring seamless<\/p>\n
implementation in collaboration with the Community Ambassador and other program<\/p>\n
staff.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Develop, maintain, and refine program workflows and logistics to optimize efficiency,<\/p>\n
client experience, and service delivery.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams, partner organizations, community<\/p>\n
stakeholders, and clients to facilitate communication, collaboration, and timely problem-<\/p>\n
solving.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Facilitate connections between clients and public benefits, including SNAP, MassHealth,<\/p>\n
housing assistance, and other social service programs, with support from trained<\/p>\n
volunteers.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Engage with and help mobilize a network of volunteers, student interns, and local<\/p>\n
partners to co-deliver services and expand program reach in schools, community centers,<\/p>\n
and public spaces.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Oversee data collection, entry, and management to track program participation,<\/p>\n
outcomes, and impact; prepare regular reports for leadership, funders, and partners.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Manage resource allocation including materials, supplies, and scheduling to support<\/p>\n
program activities and events.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Support grant compliance and reporting requirements by organizing program<\/p>\n
documentation and assisting in narrative and data-driven reports.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies to promote program<\/p>\n
participation among immigrant communities.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Facilitate training and orientation sessions for program staff and volunteers as needed.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation based on participant<\/p>\n
feedback, data analysis, and sector best practices.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Participate in community meetings, advisory committees, and partnership development<\/p>\n
efforts to enhance program visibility and integration.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Provide mentorship to interns and practicum students to support their professional growth and development.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Serve as a resource for interns, addressing clinical questions and offering guidance during challenging situations.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Uphold QARI\u2019s commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and client-<\/p>\n
centered care in all aspects of program coordination.<\/p>\n
Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Master\u2019s in Public Health, Education, Social Reform, or related fields from an accredited<\/p>\n
college or university will be considered.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Strong writing and communication skills, with a \u201ccan-do\u201d attitude and commitment to<\/p>\n
problem-solving.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Demonstrated success in building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting is highly desirable.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Comfortable using technology, including video-based telehealth and electronic health<\/p>\n
records.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Preferred experience working with Asian, immigrant, and underserved communities.<\/p>\n
Physical Requirements:<\/p>\n
