Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Traditional Primary Care Physician, where your expertise will directly impact patient health and well-being. This vital role involves providing comprehensive, continuous care to adult patient population across inpatient and Outpatient settings. You will serve as the cornerstone of primary health services, emphasizing prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and health education. Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough medical assessments through physical examinations and patient history reviews to accurately diagnose a wide range of health conditions.
Develop and implement personalized care plans that include preventive measures, treatment protocols, and follow-up strategies aligned with best practices and clinical guidelines.
Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic and Athena to document patient encounters meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical records.
Coordinate with specialists in areas to facilitate comprehensive patient management when specialized care is needed.
Perform routine procedures including Papsmear, basic life support (BLS), immunizations, and wound care while adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Manage acute and chronic illnesses by providing timely interventions, medication management, and patient education on lifestyle modifications for optimal health outcomes.
Engage in health coaching and preventive counseling to promote wellness initiatives and empower patients to take an active role in their health journey.
Meeting Metrics in the hospital rounds including Length of stay and HCAPs.
Participate in TCM and follow hospitalized patients to outpatient settings
Experience<\/p>\n
Proven experience in outpatient primary care settings with a strong foundation in family medicine or internal medicine.
Experience working in hospital or inpatient environments including hospital medicine units or Level I trauma centers is highly desirable.
Background in managing adult and geriatrics population

Pay: $220,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year<\/p>\n
