Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. Duties<\/p>\n
Assist in designing and developing web applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React Express, and other modern frameworks
Support the deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Contribute to building scalable RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs for enhanced functionality
Collaborate with senior developers to implement front-end features and improve user experience
Participate in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews using GitHub, Git, SVN, and other version control tools
Write efficient SQL queries for MySQL and SQL Server databases; optimize database performance
Support application development across multiple languages including Java, C#, C++, Python, and VBA as needed
Assist in maintaining Linux-based environments for development and deployment tasks
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and security protocols such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and web development principles
Experience with Ruby on Rails framework for application development
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure for deploying and managing applications
Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration techniques
Proficiency in JavaScript along with front-end frameworks such as React or Express.js
Experience working within Agile teams using tools like GitHub, Git, SVN, or similar version control systems
Ability to write complex SQL queries using MySQL or other relational databases
Basic understanding of Java, C#, C++, Python, VBA or .NET technologies is a plus
Familiarity with Linux operating systems for development or deployment purposes
Knowledge of application security practices including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
