Work hours: 40 hours\/week, Monday – Friday, 8 hours\/day, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Job Duties<\/p>\n
Execute production plans to produce high-quality plants and flowers; harvest, process, plant, space and clear plants and flowers; manage canopy and pests; perform routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, precision checks, and other light maintenance tasks including simple replacements and repairs of facility and equipment; perform duties while meeting quality specifications and safety requirements; may operate forklift.<\/p>\n
### Minimum Education Required<\/p>\n
None. No High School Diploma or GED required.<\/p>\n
### Minimum Experience Required<\/p>\n
No Formal Education Or Previous Experience Required.<\/p>\n
On-the-job training will be provided.<\/p>\n
Must be able to lift and carry up to 52 pounds.<\/p>\n
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, grasp.<\/p>\n
Job will require exposure to extreme temperatures.<\/p>\n
Extensive pushing and pulling is required.<\/p>\n

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3\/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 04\/07\/2026). Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.<\/p>\n
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.<\/p>\n
