Job Description:
They’re hiring their first dedicated Technical Sourcer, reporting directly to the Head of Talent. This is a founding role with real ownership. Every hire you source moves the needle for the company.
What You’ll DoDevelop sourcing strategies for technical roles across AI, machine learning, research, software engineering and related functions
Identify and engage high caliber passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, research communities, professional networks and other channels
Build targeted market maps and talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
Write thoughtful, personalized outreach that communicates the company’s mission and opportunities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles and refine searches based on market feedback
Assess candidates’ backgrounds, technical relevance, motivations and potential fit
Track pipeline activity, response rates, conversions and other sourcing metrics in Gem and the recruiting system
Experiment with new tools, search methods, communities and sourcing channels<\/p>\n
What We’re Looking For3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally within an AI company or high growth technology startup
Experience sourcing software engineers, machine learning engineers, research engineers, applied scientists or related technical talent
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, Juicebox or similar tools
Ability to translate technical hiring requirements into focused sourcing strategies
Excellent written communication and candidate outreach skills
Bachelor’s degree, top 50 school is a strong plus
Genuine enthusiasm for sourcing and connecting outstanding people with meaningful opportunities<\/p>\n
Nice to HaveFamiliarity with the generative AI, LLM, agent, developer tools or AI infrastructure ecosystem
Experience sourcing from research communities, open source projects, GitHub, conferences or academic publications
