A\/R specialist is responsible for verifying customers’ A\/R payments and validating chargebacks through substantiation of back-up documents, contracts and\/or communication with internal teams as well as customers’ A\/P. Invalid chargebacks are to be claimed while A\/R accountant clears valid ones in SAP system by issuing CM. A\/R Specialist is also to analyze\/investigate each customer\u2019s performance report and chargebacks to improve the Company\u2019s net income by closely working with internal operational\/administrative teams as well as outside professionals.<\/p>\n

\nClearing chargebacks in SAP system by issuing a credit\/debit memo
\nWorking with internal teams and managing outside professionals to minimize chargebacks
\nAnalyze and review customer\u2019s performance report<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s \/ Associate\u2019s degree in business fields preferred
\nProfessional verbal and written communication skills
\nHigh level of attention to detail with dedication to accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills
\nAbility to analyze documents and resolve disputes in a timely manner
\nProficiency in MS Excel skills<\/p>\n
