Optimization<br \/>\nOwn the technical configuration and enhancement of core recruiting platforms (Greenhouse, sourcing tools, scheduling solutions)<br \/>\nCreate automated workflow orchestration that maintains high-touch moments while streamlining operational tasks<br \/>\nDrive quality control systems that ensure consistent recruiting standards while enabling rapid scaling<br \/>\nEnsure security protocols, compliance requirements, and documentation standards are implemented across all systems<br \/>\nVendor Management &amp; Innovation<br \/>\nManage strategic relationships with recruiting technology vendors, driving product roadmap alignment with our needs<br \/>\nLead contract negotiations and budget management for recruiting technology portfolio<br \/>\nStay ahead of recruiting technology trends and implement pilot programs to test emerging solutions<br \/>\nPartner with engineering teams to build custom integrations, automations and solve unique technical challenges<br \/>\nImplementation &amp;
