What You’ll Do:<\/p>\n
Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines
\nEnsure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently
\nLead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled by the regional or management
\nAssist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives
\nMonitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
\nOversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits
\nEnsure staff adhere to all policies and procedures
\nCollaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the state of practice
\nPrevious leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting
\nStrong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
\nKnowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance
