Yellowstone Club\u2019s Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Food Runner.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Support restaurant operations by aiding in delivering food to Members and guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
\nKnow the ingredient details of every dish on the menu
\nDeliver food and beverages in an efficient manner while carrying the appropriate and designated equipment
\nCommunicate clearly with the front of house and kitchen staff
\nAssist in serving orders to Members and guests
\nKnow the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table
\nPrepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
\nAnswer questions pertaining to the restaurant menus
\nWork in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations
\nMaintain a clean, organized dining area and work station
\nPerform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
\nResponsible for bussing of tables and assisting with glassware upkeep<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Position Requirements:<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum 3 months of food runner experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury resort, or private club setting
\nAble to communicate effectively and speak\/write English clearly\/legibly
\nOccasionally required to talk and\/or hear
\nFrequently lift up to 30 pounds
\nUse hands\/fingers to handle\/lift items
\nConstantly required to stand\/walk\/climb or balance
\nBend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands\/arms
\nMust be able to stand for extended periods of time
\nMust pass pre-employment background check, paid for by the employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers.
\nMeet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality\/attendance, scheduling, and consistency standards.<\/p>\n

The position offered is a seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.<\/p>\n
