This position is ideal for someone eager to build experience in partnership management and contribute to the success of a fast-growing fintech company.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Partnership Sourcing<br \/>\nIdentify and source new affiliate partners aligned with Kikoff\u2019s strategic growth goals<br \/>\nEvaluate potential partners based on product fit, audience alignment, and projected performance<br \/>\nOwn the initial outreach and qualification process for prospective partners<br \/>\nCollaborate with Legal and senior stakeholders to negotiate pricing and execute partner agreements<br \/>\nDrive the partner onboarding and launch process, ensuring all marketing, tracking, and operational components are in place<br \/>\nEstablish early performance benchmarks and oversee the smooth transition from launch to active account management<br \/>\nPartnership Management &amp; Growth<br \/>\nServe as a key point of contact for existing partners, ensuring smooth communication and ongoing satisfaction<br \/>\nSupport the execution of partnership strategies aimed at growing user acquisition and revenue<br \/>\nMonitor partnership performance and assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts<br \/>\nHelp resolve partner issues and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions<br \/>\nTrack KPIs and performance metrics regularly to ensure partner goals are met<br \/>\nRelationship Building<br \/>\nBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners by providing exceptional service and support<br \/>\nCollaborate with partners on marketing initiatives, promotions, and other joint activities to maximize engagement<br \/>\nAssist in onboarding new partners, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management<br \/>\nCross-Functional Collaboration<br \/>\nWork closely with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to align on partnership goals and deliverables<br \/>\nCommunicate partner feedback and insights internally to help improve products and processes<br \/>\nSupport the implementation of partnership programs and campaigns by coordinating across teams<br \/>\nCollaborate with Legal on contract negotiation and compliance as part of onboarding and new deal execution<br \/>\nAnalysis &amp; Reporting<br \/>\nTrack key partnership metrics and prepare regular reports on partner performance<br \/>\nHelp analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks<br \/>\nProvide actionable recommendations to improve partnership outcomes<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field<br \/>\n2-5 years of experience in business development, account management, partnership coordination, or related roles, preferably in fintech, marketing, or affiliate environments<br \/>\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships<br \/>\nDetail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting<br \/>\nComfortable working collaboratively across teams and adapting to changing priorities<br \/>\nAnalytical mindset with basic experience in data interpretation and reporting<br \/>\nProactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the business development function<\/p>\n<p>Kikoff: A FinTech Unicorn Powering Financial Progress with AI<\/p>\n<p>At Kikoff, our mission is to provide radically affordable financial tools to help consumers achieve financial security.
