Job Description<\/p>\n
To properly take all guests’ R\/S orders, communicate them to the servers and work to expedite their service. To properly perform all control and revenue related paperwork.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Responsible to answer the phone within three rings.
\nTake orders for guests.
\nMust follow prepared scenario to encourage upselling.
\nGive the approximate time of delivery for the order.
\nPrepare payment of checks.
\nKnowledge of food menu and wine list.
\nKnow and adhere to all liability laws.
\nPrinting of reports at the end of the shift and banking out.
\nComplete other duties assigned.
\nAttend all designated staff meetings and training sessions.
\nAssists setting up order whenever Servers are busy delivering orders.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
Must have great customer service skills.<\/p>\n
