Job Description :Responsiblties:<\/p>\n
Developing, publishing, and maintaining interactive reports, dashboards, and data models utilizing Vantagepoint and data visualization, such as Power BI.
\nCollaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design impactful visualizations, and uncover actionable insights.
\nConducting in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify patterns and trends, empowering data-driven decision-making processes.
\nAnalyzing trends and KPIs and assisting in financial modeling and workforce planning.
\nRunning A\/B tests and analyzing data for accuracy.
\nAutomating business processes and workflows using data visualization tools and relevant automation technologies.
\nIntegrating data visualization reports into other applications using embedded analytics such as Power BI service \u00a0or by API automation.
\nIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
\nStreamlining report procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
\nWorking in tandem with the IT team to ensure adherence to data security, compliance, and governance standards.
\nLeading Vantagepoint and data visualization onboarding initiatives for new and existing employees, fostering early usage and engagement.
