Job Description :Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Partner with the business, pull them in and build and analyze, ask the right questions to determine if there is a value to be had.
\nDocument detailed business requirements including technical specifications for \u00a0given assignment. BAs should author user stories and process flows as needed.
\nWorks dynamically with multiple stakeholders \u00a0to coordinate and gather requirements for project related tasks. Candidate should drive tasks to closure.
\nWork with development team to break down requirements to user stories\/technical specifications.
\nOn an as needed basis- responsible for business relationship management and influencing business partner requests and decisions through strong negotiation skills and provide valued managerial expertise that support established standards (e.g., process, development, quality).
\nActively participate in business reviews to ensure compatibility with systems and feasibility overall.
\nAnalyze and make recommendations on improving existing business processes as needed.
\nParticipate in design, brainstorm whiteboarding session with onshore and offshore team members.
\nWorks independently with little direction.
