About The Role<\/p>\n
In this role, you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. You will be responsible for the administration and internal support of the Company\u2019s PCs, printers, and servers, along with related hardware and software. Tasks include end-user support, license tracking,\u00a0asset management, performing PC maintenance, and upgrades. May also be involved with the administration of applications for end-users such as Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft, etc.<\/p>\n
What You’ll Do<\/p>\n
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user\u2019s satisfaction<\/p>\n
Deliver comprehensive helpdesk assistance and proficiently address issues to ensure optimal resolution and utmost satisfaction for end users.<\/p>\n
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk<\/p>\n
Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation<\/p>\n
Document internal proceduresAssist with onboarding of new users<\/p>\n
Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse,\u00a0hard drive, and any additional\u00a0specialized equipmentInstall, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software<\/p>\n
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses<\/p>\n
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software<\/p>\n
Manage mobile devices for all Packsize LLC employees through Intune and FreshService<\/p>\n
Manage VoIP phone systemAssign users and computers to proper groups in\u00a0Active Directory<\/p>\n
Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades, backups, and recoveries on a regular basis<\/p>\n
Running multi-media conferencing solutions.<\/p>\n
Work with meeting stakeholders to present relevant content<\/p>\n
Responsible for the de-provisioning\u00a0of departed employees<\/p>\n
What You’ll Bring<\/p>\n
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workplace, Windows, and Apple operating systems<\/p>\n
Experience with DNS\/DHCP, Client VPN, and Active DirectoryExperience with IT ticketing systems, mobile devices, and other computer hardware<\/p>\n
Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n
