Conduct Taekwondo classes for students of various skill levels, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
Develop lesson plans that incorporate fundamental techniques, forms, sparring, and self-defense strategies.
Provide individualized instruction to students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement and confidence.
Promote physical fitness and well-being through martial arts training while instilling values such as respect, discipline, and teamwork.
Organize and participate in events such as tournaments, demonstrations, and community outreach programs.
Collaborate with other instructors to enhance program offerings and ensure a cohesive curriculum across different martial arts disciplines.
Maintain a clean and safe training environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Proven experience in teaching martial arts, specifically Taekwondo, with relevant certifications preferred.
Background in sports coaching or physical education is highly desirable.
Experience working with students of all ages; ability to manage behavior effectively in a classroom setting.
Knowledge of additional martial arts disciplines such as Karate, Judo, or Climbing is a plus.
Lifeguard experience or knowledge of swimming techniques can enhance the safety aspect of the program.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
A passion for fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles through martial arts training.

Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n
Pay: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year<\/p>\n
