About the Role<\/p>\n
We are seeking an\u00a0innovative Technical Architect\u00a0to lead the integration of\u00a0Generative AI into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on transforming how software is built \u2014 from ideation to deployment \u2014 using the latest in AI and automation technologies.<\/p>\n
As a\u00a0Technical Architect, you will drive AI-powered software engineering frameworks, guide cross-functional teams, and advise enterprise clients on adopting GenAI to accelerate development, improve productivity, and enhance software quality.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Define and Build GenAI-Driven SDLC:\u00a0Design and implement a modern software development framework embedded with Generative AI at every phase \u2014 from requirements gathering and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
Team Enablement:\u00a0Collaborate with engineering teams to identify GenAI integration opportunities, and deliver training and enablement sessions to boost productivity.
Develop Custom AI Tools:\u00a0Build bespoke AI solutions, including Large Language Model (LLM)-based automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and AI agents to optimize software workflows.
Fine-Tune LLMs (Good to Have):\u00a0Customize and fine-tune open-source LLMs using proprietary codebases to create domain-specific models.
Innovation Leadership:\u00a0Stay at the forefront of AI technology, assessing and implementing new tools and architectures to enhance development practices.
Client Consulting and Advisory:\u00a0Act as a GenAI subject matter expert, guiding enterprise clients through assessment, strategy, and implementation of AI-driven SDLC transformation.
Customer Enablement:\u00a0Partner directly with customers to design adoption roadmaps, lead hands-on workshops, and mentor engineering teams in deploying AI-enhanced workflows.
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BE preferred in CS).
8\u201312 years of experience in\u00a0software development\u00a0with at least 3+ years in an\u00a0architectural or technical leadership\u00a0role.
Proven track record designing and building\u00a0large-scale enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on coding skills (any stack \u2014 Java, .NET, or C++).
Deep understanding of\u00a0Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\u00a0and\u00a0Agile methodologies.
Experience implementing\u00a0Generative AI\u00a0technologies, including\u00a0LLMs\u00a0(GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral),\u00a0vector databases, and\u00a0embedding models.
Hands-on experience with\u00a0RAG architectures\u00a0for intelligent information retrieval.
Experience building\u00a0AI agents or workflow automation tools\u00a0using\u00a0LangChain\u00a0or similar frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs into AI-driven technical solutions.
Exceptional\u00a0communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have<\/p>\n
Experience fine-tuning\u00a0open-source LLMs\u00a0for domain-specific applications.
Prior\u00a0client-facing or consulting experience\u00a0(Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant).
Familiarity with\u00a0Python\u00a0and modern AI\/ML toolchains.
Demonstrated experience leading\u00a0GenAI adoption initiatives\u00a0within enterprise environments.
