JOB DESCRIPTION\/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:<\/p>\n
Executes engineering for design and development of technologies, components, systems, and products for generator control switchgear human machine interface (HMI) applications.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Designs, modifies, develops, writes, converts and implements software-programming for generator control switchgear human machine interface applications.
Configures, programs and tests HMI hardware.
Work with Power System Engineers to validate\/correct HMI programming
Supports HMI issues in the field and provides remote HMI installation support
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum plus 1-3 years of experience or equivalent experience
2-year degree with 4+ years of experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:<\/p>\n
(Required Software Experience) \u2013 relevant HMI software experience
