Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n
1)Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals(Minimum A.S. degree in related field), hands-on experience with roll-to-roll systems, and deep understanding of web handling, tension control (EPC\/CPC), and powder coating or lamination processes in battery, capacitor, or film industries.<\/p>\n
2) 1 -3+ years of hands-on precision machinery experience in process operations including metal foil handling, lamination, powder coating, and calendaring.<\/p>\n
3)Proficient with engineering tools, including CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools (Minitab, MATLAB, Python).<\/p>\n
4)Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate globally in fast-paced environments.<\/p>\n
5) Korean or Chinese Speaking is preferred.<\/p>\n
R&R: Lead the development, optimization, and scaling of continuous manufacturing processes for metal foil or electrode production used in next-generation battery systems<\/p>\n
Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n
Pay: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year<\/p>\n
