About Resolve AI
At Resolve, we\u2019re building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems \u2014 from code to databases \u2014 taking on repetitive, high-pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.
Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

What You\u2019ll Do
Drive strategic, analytical, and financial initiatives that shape how Resolve AI scales its agentic AI platform and commercial motion.
Own core financial models, forecasting, and long\u2011range planning that guide investment decisions across product, engineering, GTM, and operations.
Build frameworks to evaluate the ROI of major initiatives, including AI product launches, customer integrations, and enterprise partnerships.
Develop financial analyses for growth channels, pricing strategies, and unit economics across our expanding product surface.
Partner closely with founders, product, engineering, and business leads to drive clarity and decision\u2011making on company\u2011wide priorities.
Identify opportunities, form hypotheses, and run data\u2011driven analyses to understand key business drivers and unlock operational leverage.
Lead or support special projects across the company from corporate development explorations to market analysis to strategic planning.

What We\u2019re Looking For
7\u201310+ years of experience in strategic finance, investing (IB\/PE\/VC\/HF), corporate finance, or management consulting; experience at high\u2011growth startups strongly preferred.
Deep analytical and financial modeling skills.
Experience partnering cross\u2011functionally with product, engineering, and go\u2011to\u2011market leaders.
Ability to think across multiple dimensions of the business: product, operations, sales, marketing and understand how they interact.
Hands\u2011on, low\u2011ego operator who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and driving initiatives end\u2011to\u2011end.
Comfortable working in a fast\u2011moving, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve quickly – We are a\u00a0fully in-person\u00a0in SF \ud83d\ude42
Bonus: familiarity with AI\/ML products, SQL proficiency, or experience in SaaS or usage\u2011based business models.
