Founding Full-Stack Engineer – AI Production Systems

We are building the\u00a0first telemetry and production system designed for large language models (LLMs), giving them complete visibility into and control over running software, beginning with automatic error fixes.<\/p>\n

We are seeking a\u00a0Founding Full-Stack Product Engineer\u00a0who is comfortable wearing all hats in a fast-paced environment. This role is highly dynamic, bridging classical full-stack engineering with cutting-edge\u00a0Generative AI\u00a0product features.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Full-Stack Engineering:\u00a0Work across the entire system, from optimizing telemetry gathering to deep-dive customer issue resolution.
AI Feature Development:\u00a0Increase the general intelligence of our system by building advanced AI features, including\u00a0context engineering\u00a0and\u00a0custom GenAI tools.
Product Ownership:\u00a0Work directly with customers to understand issues, diagnose problems (e.g., why one fix was successful and another failed), and deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuous Learning:\u00a0Constantly absorb new knowledge about the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape to operate at the technological cutting edge.
\u00a0<\/p>\n
You will join a small, aggressively funded team focused on enabling AI to seamlessly keep applications running.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a03 – 7 years\u00a0of experience as a\u00a0full-stack product engineer\u00a0at a\u00a0high-growth start-up.
Full-Stack Mastery:\u00a0Proficiency in our core technical stack:\u00a0TypeScript, Next.js, AWS, MongoDB
AI Acumen:\u00a0Demonstrated passion for and ability to work with cutting-edge Generative AI concepts (e.g., context engineering, custom tooling).
Versatility:\u00a0Comfortable context-switching between infrastructure optimization, customer interaction, and feature development.
On-site Policy:\u00a0Must be able to work\u00a0in-person 5 days per week in our San Francisco office\u00a0(near the Salesforce tower).
Visa Sponsorship\u00a0is available, and H-1B transfers are welcome.
