We are seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead and optimize pharmacy services within a growing and fast-paced healthcare environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing patient care through effective management of pharmacy workflows. Along with the basics of retail management and regulatory work. The ideal candidate will possess skills to communicate and service a diverse population of Patients, be able to drive and the ability to adapt and be creative within work enviorments.<\/p>\n
Funciones<\/p>\n
Manage daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory control, and staff scheduling to ensure seamless service delivery.
Oversee pharmacy staff including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, state pharmacy laws, and safety protocols related to medication handling and patient privacy.
Coordinate with medical teams to support clinical pharmacy services like medication therapy management, patient assessments, and medical management plans.
Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and control costs effectively.
Utilize pharmacy software systems (EMR\/EHR) for accurate documentation of patient care activities, medication records, and billing processes.
Facilitate immunizations administration and support vaccination programs in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Lead initiatives in pain management protocols, pediatric care support, and physiology or anatomy-related patient assessments.
Stay up to date on credentiailing and regulations, as well as assisting in further acquisitions
Requirements<\/p>\n
Retail Experience within any enviorment
Work authorization in the United States
English language proficiency
Computer and software use skills (Basic)
Be able to drive and commute consistently to supervise and conduct work in several locations and environments
Job Types: Full-time, Contract<\/p>\n
Pay: From $18.00 per hour<\/p>\n
