As competency grows, you will have opportunities to lead projects, contribute to innovation, and develop as a future HR leader within the firm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las responsabilidades incluyen:<\/p>\n<p>HR Administration<\/p>\n<p>Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, providing guidance and escalating when appropriate<br \/>Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee records and data in the HRIS (Rippling preferred)<br \/>Enter and manage all employee lifecycle changes in HRIS<br \/>Draft and manage HR correspondence and communications<br \/>Coordinate internal announcements and related gifts (engagement, wedding, baby, etc.)<br \/>Generate and analyze standard HR reports for leadership<br \/>Act as backup payroll processor<br \/>Partner with IT and Finance as needed<br \/>Onboarding Administration<\/p>\n<p>Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience<br \/>Draft and manage onboarding including calendar coordination<br \/>Work with IT to ensure that equipment is shipped out and tracked<br \/>Coordinate new hire gifts<br \/>Recruiting Support (in coordination with the Recruiting Specialist)<\/p>\n<p>Assist with recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate experience coordination<br \/>Schedule interviews and coordinate availability with hiring teams<br \/>Help organize and track recruitment metrics and reports<br \/>General Support<\/p>\n<p>Support the performance review and compensation processes<br \/>Coordinate employee training sessions, engagement activities, and HR meetings<br \/>Other duties as assigned<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Growth Opportunities:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As you demonstrate proficiency in core operations and readiness for expanded responsibilities, you will have opportunities to grow into:<\/p>\n<p>Managing firmwide mentoring programs, including participant matching, outcome tracking, and continuous improvement of program design<br \/>Developing and implementing HR process improvements, leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to increase efficiency and enhance employee experience<br \/>Participating in HR analytics and reporting, transforming data into insights to inform people strategy decisions<br \/>Assisting in benefits analysis and annual renewal processes, helping assess competitiveness and alignment with employee needs<br \/>Supporting the Head of HR in disciplinary investigations and documentation, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policy<br \/>Representing Ballentine Partners at HR conferences and professional groups, bringing back best practices and innovative ideas to strengthen our programs<br \/>Partnering with the Head of HR on employee engagement, performance, DEIB, community engagement, and culture initiatives; recommending improvements and managing aspects of implementation<br \/>Collaborating on learning and development initiatives, assisting in needs assessment, design, and evaluation of programs<br \/>Managing special projects that align with HR innovation and the firm&#8217;s long-term talent strategy<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>El candidato adecuado ser\u00e1 alguien que tenga las siguientes aptitudes:<\/p>\n<p>At least 1 year of HR or people operations experience, internship or co-op experience in a professional service or fast-paced corporate setting a plus<br \/>Working knowledge of and experience with Rippling or other similar HRIS programs preferred<br \/>Demonstrated interest in a long-term HR career, with aspirations toward HR generalist or HR leadership roles<br \/>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport<br \/>Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality, error-free work<br \/>Excellent organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision<br \/>Analytical and system-oriented mindset; comfortable using data and technology to drive insight<br \/>Proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious<br \/>Maintains high discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data<br \/>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite<br \/>Positive and collegial attitude<br \/>Ability to work both independently and in a team structure with a diverse group of people<br \/>Eager to learn and open to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset<br \/>Can take initiative and act proactively (i.e., anticipates problems, raises suggestions)<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ballentine Partners offers a wide array of benefits completely paid for by the firm including dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and life insurance as well as cost sharing on medical insurance. The salary rate basis for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 and is commensurate with experience.
