You\u2019ll make sure the fundamentals run smoothly, accurately, and on time, and you\u2019ll also have the opportunity to improve how we do things as we grow. You\u2019ll be the person employees come to with questions, guidance, and support, and a key partner in shaping a thoughtful, scalable People experience.<\/p>\n<p>This role is perfect for someone who loves getting the details right, enjoys solving real problems, and is excited to build modern People Operations from the ground up at a company reinventing how semiconductors are made.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Responsabilidades<\/p>\n<p>Own onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and records management.<br \/>Run end-to-end payroll processing in Rippling.<br \/>Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications.<br \/>Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms.<br \/>Be the go-to person for employee questions on policies, benefits, and HR programs.<br \/>Own U.S. immigration processes and partner with immigration counsel to track visa status, deadlines, and compliance.<br \/>Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Handle required postings, audits, training, and policy updates.<br \/>Support HR projects like policy rollouts, learning programs, and compliance initiatives.<br \/>Find ways to streamline and improve operations.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Experiencia necesaria<\/p>\n<p>2\u20134 years of HR experience in a startup\/high-growth environment, or 4+ years in a larger organization.<br \/>Experience with benefits administration and open enrollment.<br \/>Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.<br \/>Experience running payroll, onboarding, and offboarding.<br \/>Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes.<br \/>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br \/>Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bonito de tener<\/p>\n<p>Familiarity with OSHA or regulated\/lab environments.<br \/>Experience with external partners like insurance brokers and outside counsel.<br \/>Startup experience during growth phases.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Trabajar en Atomic Semi<\/p>\n<p>Somos una startup de hardware en fase inicial con una s\u00f3lida financiaci\u00f3n, asesores de primer nivel y un laboratorio\/oficina en San Francisco, California.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation:\u00a0Atomic Semi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary range for this role is $82,000 \u2013 $135,000. Compensation is determined based on your qualifications and experience.
