We’re an international proprietary trading firm, with offices throughout the US and Europe. We trade in multiple asset classes that include equities, commodities, and more. Right now we\u2019re looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join our risk team. You\u2019ll play a key role in building and maintaining our in-house risk engine, which powers real-time PnL, VaR, greeks, risk slides, and other essential metrics. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with quants and risk analysts to turn complex financial models into reliable, production-ready systems.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
Design, build, and maintain real-time risk systems used daily by traders, risk managers, and executives, including:
24\/5 live PnL tracking
VaR and exposure calculations
Web-based dashboards and analytical tools
Robust alerting and monitoring systems
Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for visualizing risk.
Collaborate with quants to integrate risk models and ensure system scalability.
Optimize for performance and reliability in a real-time trading environment.
Enhance applications that leverage LLM APIs for automation and workflow improvements.
Write clean, well-documented, and tested code; participate in code reviews and design discussions.
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
5+ years as a full-stack developer in financial services, ideally proprietary trading.
Specific experience with building real-time risk systems that show 24\/5 live PnL tracking
Strong Python skills for backend logic, data processing, and model integration.
Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and\/or NoSQL stores (Redis).
Familiarity with real-time data processing and visualization.
Experience with LLMs and API-driven applications (preferred).
Strong grasp of data structures, APIs, and performance optimization.
Experience collaborating with quants or implementing quantitative models (strongly preferred).
Pay: $200,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year<\/p>\n
