Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. Responsabilidades<\/p>\n
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to inform project scope and objectives
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools to visualize key performance indicators
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions utilizing SQL, R, Python, or ETL tools like Talend and Oracle
Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices
Conduct data analysis using SQL, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and database design principles on platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Develop and maintain data models, linked data structures, and databases to facilitate efficient data retrieval and analysis
Assist in database design and optimization efforts to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting capabilities
Utilize analysis skills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements or cost savings
Document workflows visually using Visio or similar diagramming tools for clarity across teams
Experiencia<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst working with large datasets in a corporate environment
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating compelling dashboards
Familiarity with programming languages including R and Python for advanced data analysis tasks
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools such as Talend or VBA scripting for data extraction and transformation
Understanding of SDLC methodologies within Agile project management frameworks
Experience with database design principles, linked data concepts, and analytics best practices
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
