We deploy 2,000+ solar-powered AI camera trailers across the United States, serving high-risk commercial sites in construction, retail, oil &amp; gas, logistics, and facility management. Our 24\/7 monitoring center in Los Angeles operates around the clock, powered by Edge AI that detects humans and vehicles in real time.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a startup. We have the physical assets, the facilities, the technology, and the client base. We need the right person to scale it.<\/p>\n<p>THE OPPORTUNITY<\/p>\n<p>This is not a typical sales job. We hand you the leads, the product, a company car, full insurance coverage, and a nationally recognized trade show presence. You provide the drive.<\/p>\n<p>For the right candidate, this role offers life-changing earning potential. A single 250-unit national account (think Dollar Tree or Tesla scale) at our standard $1,500\/month rate generates\u00a0$18,750 in monthly commission\u00a0\u2014 recurring, for the life of the contract.<\/p>\n<p>We offer:<\/p>\n<p>$4,000\/month base salary<br \/>5% uncapped commission on all gross sales and recurring monitoring revenue<br \/>Company car provided (with full auto insurance coverage)<br \/>Health insurance \u2014 100% premium paid by Solar Camera Inc.<br \/>Workers&#8217; compensation coverage from day one<br \/>100% covered travel: airfare, premium hotels, trade show booth fees<br \/>Company credit card for all business expenses<br \/>Daily meal per diem while traveling<br \/>H-1B visa sponsorship and Green Card support available<br \/>WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/p>\n<p>You will sell across every channel available \u2014 online, by phone, and in person:<\/p>\n<p>Trade Shows:\u00a0Represent Solar Camera Inc. at 15\u201320 national conferences in 2026 \u2014 Security, Construction, Oil &amp; Gas, Facility Management, and Law Enforcement shows including ISC West, Houston NRG Center, Las Vegas Convention Center, and more<br \/>eCommerce &amp; Online Sales:\u00a0Generate and close leads through digital platforms and our web presence<br \/>SEO &amp; Digital Outreach:\u00a0Use LinkedIn, targeted campaigns, and search-driven strategies to attract high-value prospects<br \/>Phone Sales:\u00a0Work our existing lead database and convert inbound inquiries with confident, consultative pitches<br \/>Physical Client Visits:\u00a0Use your company car to visit prospects, conduct on-site demonstrations, and host facility tours at our 1.5-acre Dallas and 1-acre Houston showrooms<br \/>Technical Demos:\u00a0Perform live demonstrations of our Alert-Based Monitoring Software \u2014 showing real-time AI detection of humans and vehicles \u2014 to C-suite decision makers<br \/>Contract Negotiation:\u00a0Lead the close on high-value rental and monitoring service agreements<br \/>Weekly Reporting:\u00a0Report pipeline activity and results directly to the CEO and VP of Sales<br \/>WHAT WE&#8217;RE LOOKING FOR<\/p>\n<p>Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or industrial sales<br \/>Strong written and spoken English \u2014 you will write proposals and present to executives<br \/>Experience in any of the following is a plus: SaaS, security hardware, construction, equipment rental, eCommerce, or digital marketing<br \/>Comfortable presenting AI-powered technology to both technical and non-technical audiences<br \/>Self-starter with a hunter mentality \u2014 you can work independently and own your pipeline<br \/>Energetic and physically capable of a national travel schedule including multi-day trade shows<br \/>Valid driver&#8217;s license required (company car provided)<br \/>Open to all backgrounds \u2014 H-1B and Green Card sponsorship available for qualifying candidates<br \/>COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN<\/p>\n<p>Base Salary$4,000\/month ($48,000\/year)Commission5% uncapped on all revenueHealth Insurance100% company-paid premiumAuto InsuranceIncluded with company carWorkers&#8217; Comp100% coveredTravel100% covered (airfare, hotels, per diem)Company CarProvided for client visits and regional travelCompany Credit CardFor all approved business expensesVisa SponsorshipH-1B + Green Card support available<\/p>\n<p>WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE<\/p>\n<p>This position is built for someone who is hungry, disciplined, and ready to operate at a national level.
