What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Conduct evaluations and create specialized, functional treatment plans for adult and geriatric populations across home and day habilitation environments.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy focusing on neuro-rehab, developmental support, balance, and fall prevention.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Collaborate with day habilitation staff and families to ensure seamless, continuous care.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license for local travel.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Compassionate professional who enjoys working with diverse adult populations.<\/p>\n
