Prior client implementation andor platform migration experience a plus Experience in Agile\u00a0preferred, but\u00a0not\u00a0required. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Ability to independently manage one\u2019s own workload. Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area Understanding of benefits administration systems Demonstrates superb communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to conduct analysis and document findings. Procedure execution and process improvement Align, plan, and implement new product capability delivery within flight implementations. Drive and \/ or support execution of key implementation activities (example:\u00a0data conversion load). Participate in validation and\/or testing efforts to ensure results meet the client and\/or product offering requirements. Partnering with the\u00a0Director\u00a0Client HealthCare Consulting to define client specific configurable variations to support a client plan and\/or administrative requirements. Performing root cause analysis to\u00a0determine\u00a0gaps or trends for continuous improvement opportunities. Submitting requests and\/or\u00a0assisting\u00a0with translation of business requirements to technology partners, as applicable Creating training material and reference material for participant services Assisting\u00a0and coaching the broader virtual team Engaging in and\/or leading ongoing courses to support continued personal development. In addition to the above, the Center of Excellence (COE) requires skills in one of the following areas:\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 Testing Lead: Provide project management for client testing for new implementations, migrations, and Annual Enrollment Understand and\u00a0manage to\u00a0client testing timelines. Test case set-up, data mining, and data mocking Conduct and lead daily stand-up calls during Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) Manage defects. Monitor and report on progress. Troubleshoot and escalate\u00a0environment\u00a0issues. Conduct client testing with business partners.
