F&B Server Assistant<\/p>\n
Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting servers and management in any way possible to ensure prompt, and courteous service to all guests.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:
Must have complete knowledge of service times and menu.<\/p>\n
Must have complete knowledge of floor plan, table numbers, and seat numbers.<\/p>\n
Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the outlet to support Omni’s Covid-19 related sanitation protocols.<\/p>\n
Deliver food to correct tables according to ticket, floor plan, and seat numbers.<\/p>\n
Always inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform server or manager.<\/p>\n
Responsible for set-up of assigned stations with specified items.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work area.<\/p>\n
Must consult with supervisor on any food delivery difficulty.<\/p>\n
Must always minimize breakage.<\/p>\n
Assist with Bar Back duties as needed; removal of dishware, and stocking the bar stations to par.<\/p>\n
Maintenance and replenishment of dining room items. Ensure items are always full, clean and presentable.<\/p>\n
Securing all dining room items such as platters, butter dishes, bread knives as directed by manager or posted side work.<\/p>\n
Ensuring all products are within date and using the FIFO method of storage.<\/p>\n
Attend all department meetings and other required company trainings.<\/p>\n
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year food runner experience or DRA experience<\/p>\n
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
Must be able to communicate effectively.<\/p>\n
Must consistently demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be teamwork-oriented, and exhibit a positive attitude.<\/p>\n
Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.<\/p>\n
Must have and maintain current, ServSafe or equivalent training.<\/p>\n
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire shift.<\/p>\n
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.<\/p>\n
Working Environment:
Interior of restaurant kitchen and designated bar area, with occasional travel around the property as needed.<\/p>\n
Exposure to a kitchen environment with high temperatures.<\/p>\n
Exterior of Hotel with exposure to weather conditions.<\/p>\n
Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.<\/p>\n
Exposure to food items and beverages.<\/p>\n
Tools & Equipment:
Open Table, Kronos, Telephone, Wine Key, Knife.<\/p>\n
