Position Title: Warehouse Manager<\/p>\n
Role Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership for all internal and external operations of the distribution center. The Warehouse Manager will administer all functions to meet company goals that ensure timely and accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and the optimization of resources and processes while operating within budget. The Warehouse Manager will develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with company policies\/procedures, continual process improvement, and drive employee initiatives to create and promote an environment where employees are involved and committed to the success of the company.<\/p>\n
Descripci\u00f3n del puesto:<\/p>\n
Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse supervisors and staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety. Manage staffing plans, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure inventory accuracy through proper processes, cycle counts, and system controls.
Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, andlabor utilization.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and local regulations.
Develop and enforce warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions. \uf06c .Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
Job Requirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum of\u00a03\u20135 years of warehouse operations experience, including leadership and management experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound operations.
Proven experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to use English as a working language in reporting. (Bilingual is preferred, such as Native Mandarin + English, or Spanish + English)
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
High sense of responsibility with strong leadership and communication abilities.
Experience using WMS\/ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and operational reporting tools.
Wage: 75,000-100,000 USD\/year (based on interview), plus bonus.<\/p>\n
