What You’ll Do<\/p>\n
Design the end-to-end UX for OpenArt products\u2014from mapping user journeys to crafting clear and engaging interactions.
Act as the bridge between product and design, translating user needs and product requirements into elegant flows and experiences.
Partner with product, engineering, and research to define the product’s direction and prioritize the most impactful features.
Proactively think through different use cases and edge cases, anticipating user needs before they arise.

What We’re Looking For<\/p>\n
Hard Skills<\/p>\n
Strong background in UX design and product logic\u2014you think in systems, flows, and user journeys.
Ability to translate user research and feedback into clear requirements and intuitive designs.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows with tools like Figma or similar.
Solid UI design skills\u2014you can deliver polished outcomes, but UX and product thinking are your core strengths.
Comfort navigating ambiguous product spaces, and helping bring structure and clarity.

Product mindset\u2014you think beyond design and care deeply about user needs and product outcomes.

Bay Area required (hybrid policy with 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
