Work on the hand butcher line will involve use of hand and hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming. Workers will wash, size, and grade seafood and then load processed seafood onto freezer baskets or cartons for shipping.<br \/>Job Classification:51-3022.00 &#8211; Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutters and Trimmers<br \/>The job\/industry classification and description includes general information on the position from ONET\/OES and the North American Industry Classification System. Please review Job Duties and Job Order for more information.<br \/>Job Requirements<br \/>Experience Required:No<br \/>Special Requirements:lifting 50lbs regularly, working outdoors, working in freezer, pushing, pulling, standing Two shifts: 7:00am &#8211; 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 7:00am. Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on skill, tenure, performance, or experience. Employer is offering up to 32 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Employer is offering paid on the job training. Optional employer housing is available at a cost of $100\/week.
