We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. This role will focus primarily on packaging design, but familiarity with web design would be an added bonus. You will work closely with the Creative Director to bring product packaging to life, ensuring that designs are on-brand, innovative, and functional for customers.<\/p>\n

\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead the design process for packaging, from concept development to final execution.
\nCreate visually striking packaging designs that effectively communicate the brand message.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design consistency across products.
\nUse design elements such as color, typography, and graphics to develop appealing and practical packaging.
\nIf applicable, support basic web design projects or create digital assets to complement packaging designs.
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
4-5 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in packaging design (experience in beauty is a plus).
\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
\nExperience with web design tools (such as Figma or web graphics) is a plus, but not a requirement.
\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\nCreative problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and explore innovative packaging solutions.
\nExcellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts.
\nBonus Skills:<\/p>\n
Experience or interest in web design and digital content creation.
\nA good sense of color theory and design trends for both packaging and digital platforms.
