Job Description:\u00a0We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our lean Design team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in product design, specifically in native mobile experiences, with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to lead complex projects end-to-end. They have a strong design intuition, are able to execute at a high level on a multidisciplinary design\/engineering team, and have a deep understanding of systems and strategy. Experience in the fintech industry is preferred.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:
\n5-8 years of experience in product design, preferably in the fintech sector
\nExperience working directly with engineers to ship consumer-facing mobile products
\nStrong portfolio that demonstrates ownership and care for your craft
\nProficiency in Figma, including auto layout, design systems, and prototyping
\nInterest or experience working at a startup<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\nCollaborate with design and leadership to map out and develop elegant, world-class experiences
\nExecute product initiatives end-to-end, from concept to handoff
\nFrequently present and communicate your work to facilitate feedback from designers, leadership, and engineers, knowing how to tailor and steer discussions towards decisions or outcomes
\nCollaborate directly with engineers on product releases, leading design reviews, handoffs, and QA processes
\nOwn your Figma documentation as a source of truth for product development and execution, including complex state management, information architecture, and user flows
\nConduct UX research, including but not limited to; competitive analyses, UX audits, data analyses, user surveys, usability testing, and A\/B testing
\nOptimize and iterate on complex user experiences, including key conversion and growth funnels in-app
\nAdvocate for user wellness, transparency, and delight
\nContribute to our growing design system on a regular basis, leveraging advanced Figma functionalities that allow us to maintain consistency and speed in product development cycles
\nDiscern when to apply pixel-perfect detail, and when to make sketches and prototypes to expand discussions
\nPrioritize and self-manage tasks, communicating timelines effectively

\nRegularly challenge and be challenged, growing through curiosity and collaboration
\nMonitor events and data within key user experiences to orchestrate high-impact, data-driven initiatives
\nBe excited about learning new tools and methods, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in product design and fintech
\nBonus Qualifications:
\nExperience designing mobile or web conversion funnels and onboarding experiences
\nInterest or experience in interactive motion design (i.e. tools like Rive)
\nDemonstrated experience building design systems in Figma, including experience with Token Studio and variables
