Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Support daily inventory operations, including organizing and updating material records.
\nResearch and analyze inventory data to identify duplicate materials and fasteners listed under different part numbers.
\nCross-reference internal records, supplier information, and technical specifications to confirm duplicate items. Work with Engineering Prints and specifications
\nAssist with consolidating validated duplicates under a single standardized part number.
\nUpdate material descriptions to ensure consistency and improve the accuracy of inventory lookups.
\nHelp reduce the creation of unnecessary new part numbers by supporting a standardized materials database.
\nScan and upload material certifications to improve the quality documentation repository.
\nSupport cleanup of the master item system, including removing obsolete data and improving item categorization.
\nCollaborate with engineering, procurement, and inventory control teams to validate updates and ensure alignment across systems.
\nMaintain detailed logs of research findings, changes made, and data improvement efforts.
\nContribute to ideas for process and data management improvements.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
\nAnalytical skills and attention to detail.
\nMicrosoft Excel; learned or ability to quickly learn
\nOrganizational and communication skills.
\nAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with multiple departments.<\/p>\n
