\nABOUT THE ROLE
\nAs a key strategic leader at our TikTok Shop Partner agency, the Experienced Tiktok Livestream Director will act as a thought partner to our brand clients and internal livestream operations team. You will leverage data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and platform expertise to shape livestream strategies that drive GMV, user growth, and client success on TikTok Shop. This is a high-impact role responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing performance, and executing end-to-end strategies across multiple verticals.
\nDescripci\u00f3n del puesto:
\nAct as a strategic advisor to our brand clients and internal teams, offering actionable recommendations to scale TikTok Shop livestream performance.
\nLead deep-dive analyses across traffic drivers, viewer engagement, sales conversion, and host performance to identify growth levers and friction points.
\nDevelop and optimize livestream strategies including product selection, scheduling, storytelling formats, promotions, and audience targeting.
\nCollaborate cross-functionally with host teams, creatives, client success managers, and TikTok platform reps to execute integrated campaign plans.
\nDrive high-impact initiatives through a combination of platform data, industry trends, and competitive benchmarking.
\nBuild and present regular performance reports that turn metrics into insights, guiding strategy iteration and executive decision-making.
\nSupport business development efforts with strategic input on category performance, market opportunities, and client proposals.
\nMinimum Requirements\uff1a
\n3-5+ years of experience in livestream commerce, digital strategy, or eCommerce marketing.
\nProven track record in managing or scaling TikTok Live or other live shopping platforms.
\nStrong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting complex data sets and turning them into strategic plans.
\nDeep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics, creator ecosystem, and platform tools.
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence both internal teams and client stakeholders.
\nStrong project management skills and experience working in fast-paced environments.
\nFluency in both English and Mandarin
\nWork time:
\nFull time: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 1 hour break
\nCOMPENSATION
\nProbationary period 1 month
