Job Description<\/p>\n
To prepare all hot\/cold food items in both Banquets and Restaurants. Be responsible for consistency and quality production and ensure all food is served according to specification.<\/p>\n
Responsabilidades<\/p>\n
Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines
\nInsure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service.
\nRequired to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
\nPerform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
\nRefrigeration and serving of cold food.
\nProduction of orders.
\nMaintain safe food handling procedures at all times<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Display basic knife skills
\nMust have approved J1 Visa with Sponsorship through GEC approved J1 Internship\/Traineeship.
\nAbility to multi-task
\nMust be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
\nFlexible Scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
\nMust obtain Food Handlers Certification.<\/p>\n
