As Director of E-Commerce, you\u2019ll master the site experience like Neo mastering the Matrix\u2014except we won\u2019t force you to wear a black trench coat. Instead, you\u2019ll work cross-functionally to keep our website running smoothly, ensuring our customer journeys are super optimized. If you\u2019re a pro at navigating the digital world and making everything click (pun intended), this is your chance to shine. RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

ROLE SPECIFIC<\/p>\n
Responsible for all website experiences, leading digital merchandising strategy through to execution<\/p>\n
Build the roadmaps to deliver best-in-class site performance and customer experiences<\/p>\n
Develop and execute on short- and long-term digital strategies to improve conversion and drive profitable growth<\/p>\n
Work closely with the performance and retention marketing teams to ensure website experiences and customer journeys are optimized to drive customer engagement and conversion.<\/p>\n
Own weekly and monthly reporting on website KPIs such as conversion rate, ATC, AOV, and UPT.<\/p>\n
Own prioritization and execution of A\/B testing roadmap to continuously improve the user experience and conversion rate<\/p>\n
Own overall web development to continually enhance and optimize the websites to suit the customer experience<\/p>\n
Conduct usability testing, QA, bug tracking and collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure a stable, secure and seamless shopping experience<\/p>\n
Develop, implement and monitor SEO strategy<\/p>\n
Ensuring content is consistent, updated and without mistakes across all websites<\/p>\n
Monitor and review online analytics to recommend website improvements<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends within the digital environment<\/p>\n
Partner with leadership across operations, sales, marketing, and creative teams to ensure that the launch calendar, product assortment, and customer experience are aligned with overall product messaging and sales targets<\/p>\n
Conduct usability testing, QA, and bug tracking while collaborating cross functionally to ensure a stable, secure and seamless shopping experience<\/p>\n
Continually oversee and optimize our tech stack to ensure that we have the right framework and tools to continually drive our business forward<\/p>\n
This role is in the E-commerce team and will report directly to the Chief Creative Officer<\/p>\n
Perform other related duties as assigned<\/p>\n
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE<\/p>\n
May or may not have a degree\u2026we don\u2019t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law)<\/p>\n
Asks a lot of questions<\/p>\n
5+ years of experience with web development or e-commerce management AND 1-3 years supervisory experience<\/p>\n
CPG and Shopify experience is a MUST<\/p>\n
Freakin\u2019 awesome communicator and direction giver<\/p>\n
Experience in leading an E-commerce\/UX team is a MUST<\/p>\n
Has an in-depth understanding of team dynamics<\/p>\n
Strong background in e-commerce<\/p>\n
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills<\/p>\n
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS languages is a BIG plus<\/p>\n
Dependable with the willingness to take the initiative to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency<\/p>\n
