The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biomedical, or medical device manufacturing, and will ensure equipment calibration and compliance with industry standards including GMP and CAPA. Key Responsibilities
\nPerform precise calibration of pressure gauges, temperature sensors, transmitters, and particle measuring devices.
\nMaintain calibration schedules and documentation in alignment with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
\nIdentify, investigate, and document calibration deviations; implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
\nEnsure strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintain audit readiness.
\nWork cross-functionally with Quality Control, Production, and Maintenance teams.
\nUse diagnostic tools, calibration software, and technical manuals to execute tasks accurately.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S.
\nExperience in biomedical, medical device, or pharmaceutical companies required
\nDeep knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
\nFamiliar with tools such as multimeters, temperature baths, pressure calibrators, and data acquisition systems
\nAble to implement and document CAPA procedures<\/p>\n
Preferred Experience
\nHands-on experience with automated calibration systems
\nPrior work with major pharmaceutical or medical device companies
\nISO 13485 or FDA-regulated manufacturing environment<\/p>\n
