Role description
\n\u2023\u00a0As the first full-time design hire\u00a0you will initially be responsible for product design, branding, and marketing<\/p>\n
\u2023\u00a0Lead the end-to-end design process for multiple concurrent projects,\u00a0from ideation to launch, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards<\/p>\n
\u2023\u00a0Research and design, from first-principles,\u00a0new age products for identity management and browser experiences designed for an AI-dominated future<\/p>\n
\u2023\u00a0Drive prototyping and MVP development through a fast-paced and experimental process, aimed at learning from technical obstacles and user feedback, while iterating quickly<\/p>\n
\u2023 We seek experienced designers who are\u00a0excited to build for the future, eager to break the norm and set a new standard for design. We welcome opinionated designers.<\/p>\n
\u2023 This role is a ideal for experienced designers seeking an entrepreneurial setting. We value designers\u00a0who respect the craft, are obsessive about the details, and take great pride\u00a0in their work<\/p>\n
\u2023 Compensation will be a mix of cash and equity. This role will come with significant upside in the project<\/p>\n
You will find it easier to do your job if you have the following qualities. Needless to say, none of these qualities supersede your intellectual and professional curiosity:
\n\u2023\u00a0At least 5+ years\u00a0of professional experience in product design or a related field<\/p>\n
\u2023 High level of proficiency in Figma, including the ability to use design systems and autolayout to ensure consistency and scalability<\/p>\n
\u2023 Strong prototyping skills and experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights that inform design decisions<\/p>\n
