This Series A company, is building AI teammates to automate complex insurance workflows. The company recently raised an undisclosed Series A and is scaling quickly, with a team of eight full-time employees.Were hiring our first Customer Success Manager to own enterprise onboarding, retention, and account growth. This role is critical-our business depends on expanding existing accounts. You’ll work directly with the founders, engineering, and sales teams to lead enterprise implementations, run 30-60-90-day success check-ins, and manage a portfolio of 10-12 accounts.As a CSM, you’ll build scalable playbooks, oversee customer onboarding and training, and run QBRs to drive satisfaction, renewals, and upsells. You’ll act as the customer advocate to product and engineering, escalate issues, and translate feedback into improvements. The role also involves creating documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases to support scale, while traveling to conferences and customer touchpoints as needed. Success will be measured by customer health scores, renewal and churn rates, NRR, and CSAT. This is a high-ownership role for someone eager to build customer success from the ground up at a fast-growing Series A startup.

Requisiti
4+ yrs in enterprise Customer Success\/Account Management.
Demonstrated ownership of onboarding, expansion, retention.
Built and scaled internal CS processes and reporting.
Data driven: familiarity with health scoring, metrics, churn forecasting.
Works independently, thrives in ambiguity, adapts fast.
Bonus: regulated domain experience, US cultural context (born\/raised or US undergrad).<\/p>\n
