Our platform supports top recruiters placing talent into high-growth startups \u2014 and we do it by treating recruiters as strategic partners, not vendors.<\/p>\n<p>As the Partner Success Lead, you will define how we support, grow, and scale our recruiter ecosystem. This is a true\u00a0player-coach\u00a0role: you\u2019ll begin as an individual contributor working directly with recruiters, while creating the playbooks, processes, and systems that will become the foundation of the Partner Success function.
