Minimum Qualification:<\/p>\n
B.S. Degree in related field (Mechanical\/Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering etc)
0-3 years of experience with ME-BS\/BA Background
2D\/3D mechanical design\/Assembly experience.
Able to use engineering tools, methods and machine knowledge to create, modify, re-design machine assembly drawings and part details.
Roles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Implement mechanical systems and process layouts to achieve uniform thickness, adhesion, and surface quality of metallic electrode layers.
Maintain projects using AutoCAD (2D & 3D), including layers, or SolidWorks 2D\/3D, drawing to scale, and adding dimensions.
Design, assemble, program, and prove-out prototype electro-mechanical equipment and components to validate future projects and processes.
Develop, implement, and optimize roll-to-roll process parameters for metal electrode fabrication, including lamination, powder coating, calendaring, and slitting.
