Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, designing data solutions, and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and data visualization tools. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, including Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and ETL processes. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Responsabilit\u00e0<\/p>\n
In providing end-to-end support for creator merchandising in terms of data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
Incubating and growing e-commerce creators in terms of creator education, operations, and live stream support.
Conducting business analysis for overall central creator team performance, covering resource management to strategy formation.
Analyzing creator content quality and traffic in terms of creator governance and experience in TikTok.
Close communication with AMs to understand merchandising from brands
Matchmaking with suitable CAPs or creators to deliver affiliate sales
Elevate the penetration of creators by offering competitive offering from brands \u25cf Act as the bridge between creators & partners and the TikTok Operations team to identify potential business opportunities
Create systematic work flow to elevate the efficiency
Data analytics support on daily business with a focus on affiliates
Provide data insights, product recommendations, and direction on growth & development strategies to AMs and merchants
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, category, marketing, operations, and data science teams to deliver seller-facing programs
Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance
Experience<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a technical environment
Hands-on expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; experience with database design is preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for data manipulation and analysis.
Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend or similar platforms for data integration tasks.
Experience working within Agile project management frameworks; familiarity with project management principles is advantageous.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Knowledge of linked data concepts and experience working with large-scale datasets for analytics purposes is a plus.
